Peanut Butter & Banana Smoothie

A combination of peanut butter and banana in a tasty smoothie makes for a perfect breakfast to start your day! I used to call this the "champion smoothie" when I first started my page.


  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 medjool date
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 tsp maca
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup plant milk/water
  • pinch of salt


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth, creamy and consistent. Go easy on the milk /water if you want a different thickness, the less you use the thicker the smoothie will be, so pour it bit by bit until you are happy with the consistency.

  3. Serve and enjoy.
