A combination of peanut butter and banana in a tasty smoothie makes for a perfect breakfast to start your day! I used to call this the "champion smoothie" when I first started my page.
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 medjool date
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 tsp maca
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup plant milk/water
- pinch of salt
Directions:

Combine all the ingredients in a blender.

Blend until smooth, creamy and consistent. Go easy on the milk /water if you want a different thickness, the less you use the thicker the smoothie will be, so pour it bit by bit until you are happy with the consistency.
